The location is very good, it's between two underground stations. It's pretty near Covent Garden and Oxford Street. If you don't mind walking around it is the place for you. The room was very big, with a window that can be opened, which isn't trivial in London.

Elisabete at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. When we had an issue arise she very quickly fixed it and made our stay wonderful. Truly an excellent employee who cares about the comfort of guests.

Trendy hotel centrally located within a 5 minute walk of Holborn underground, conveniently located for UCLH hospital One of the best UK hotel breakfasts we’ve had Approachable, friendly and efficient staff Room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable with lovely touches of complimentary drinks in mini bar on arrival Would definitely stay again and recommend

Helpful, friendly staff. Loved the artwork and design of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was very central and close to everything. Close to the theatres and plenty of pubs to choose from. Good food. Great shower!

On checking in, we had a very warm and friendly welcome from Christina who explained everything to us! We were even given two complimentary drinks tokens! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Shower room was snug but worked well. Breakfast had a great choice and especially loved the chef on site who cooked fresh fried eggs just the way you want them! A mention too for the lovely Italian lady from Rome serving in the downstairs bar !
